Matt Ishmael is currently the Kentucky Program Manager for PHI Air Medical. Prior to becoming the program manager Matt was the Lead Comm Spec for the Lexington, Kentucky PHI Air Medical Communications Center. Matt is certainly deserving of this honor and we congratulate him on a job well done!
