Med-Trans One is an independent air medical service located at Donaldson Center Airport adjacent to Greenville, SC. We are a community based flight program and are owned and operated by Med-Trans Corporation, which is headquartered in Dallas, Texas. This year, Med-Trans One celebrated seven years in service that was capped by being recognized as the South Carolina Emergency Medical System of the Year.  Our team also recently opened our second base, which is located in Greenwood, South Carolina. Utilizing a Bell 407 and Bell 206 helicopters for our missions, Med-Trans One provides scene flight service as well as interfacility transport service for the upstate of South Carolina.

The Med-Trans One flight team is made up of four full time Flight Nurses, two part time Flight Nurses, four full time Flight Paramedics, and four part time Flight Paramedics with an average experience of 14 years. There is an aviation staff of four that has an average of 7000 flight hours. Medical crews work a modified 24 hours on duty and 72 hours off while the aviation staff work 12 hour shifts with one week on duty and one week off.
